To be human therapy
Welcome, I’m Michelle. I work alongside people who are moving through experiences like anxiety, depression, grief, fear, loneliness, or the uncertainty that can come with change. I’m especially interested in not only what we think about our lives, but how we actually live them in our bodies, in our relationships, and in the small choices that shape each day.
Rather than centring on what feels wrong or broken, I pay close attention to what’s unfolding between us in the moment. Often the most meaningful insights come from simple things: how you settle into the chair, the shift in your voice when you speak about someone important, or the sensations that arise when we slow down enough to notice what’s happening inside. You already carry wisdom about your own experience. My role is to help create a space where that wisdom can be heard, felt, and trusted, and where new, more authentic ways of being can emerge.
This way of working can meet you wherever you are. It might be workplace dynamics that leave you depleted, relationships that feel tangled or stuck, or those deeper questions about meaning and belonging that tend to surface during transitions. I’m curious about how you’ve learned to be with yourself and with others and what might open up if we gently explore those patterns together.
